i am so happy you are here!

i’m audra. an empath, energy worker, former people pleaser and part-time potter. 

i work with the subconscious to gently release emotions and patterns that can get stuck in the nervous system and keep us feeling like we’re going around in circles, repeating the same patterns. 

and did i mention i’m an empath? i used to think this was a curse, and now, i see it as a gift. often i pick up on things that you might not even realize are there yet, or things you can feel but just don’t know how to put into words.

in 2022 i hit rock bottom. physically sick, depressed and exhausted. i pulled myself out and now use wisdom and experience to guide and empower others.

my sessions have been created as a space to slow down, connect, and feel truly seen and heard. a space where you can start reconnecting with the parts of yourself you may have pushed aside, forgotten about, or tucked away.
