As humans, we’re constantly taking in life and all its experiences.

We enjoy, we grieve, we laugh, we love — we feel. Sometimes we grow and learn through those experiences. Other times, it can feel like the same patterns keep repeating — like always attracting the same kind of relationship or feeling stuck in loneliness or dissatisfaction. And when an experience becomes too intense, it's not uncommon to disconnect or avoid altogether.

Emotions can get stored in the body in many ways — passed down generationally, formed through trauma or negative experiences, or held in when feelings are repressed or left unprocessed.

The point is: we feel — and how we feel affects EVERYTHING.

Our emotions shape how we relate to the world, to others, and to ourselves. Even more, how we think about our emotions plays a crucial role in our well-being.  

When you work with me your session is completely personalized. I bring in my intuitive knowledge and experience to lovingly guide and support you on your journey. I also use Mind Body Spirit Release™ (MBSR); a method that releases trapped/stored emotions from your subconscious to accelerate your overall well being and healing.
